Menzis 4 mijl Groningen

The Menzis 4 Mijl Groningen is truly the biggest running festival in the Northern Netherlands! The traditional and iconic route takes you 6.4 km from Haren to the Vismarkt in the heart of Groningen. The event has been held every year on the second weekend of October since 1987. On and along the route, it’s one big party with thousands of spectators, musical entertainment and, of course, tens of thousands of runners participating in the traditional 4 Mijl. You won’t want to miss the biggest running festival in the northern Netherlands!
